Privacy choices
What we store: your plans and room layouts, item lists, rental and support requests, and any photos you choose to add. If you ask the team to reach you, the name and one chosen contact method stay with that request, are shown only to the team handling it, and persist with the request. When measurement is on, the first public page and source you arrived from in this browser is kept with a request you save, never with a visit.
Browser drafts: an unsaved plan started without an account is kept for 30 days before it expires.
Originals stay private: photos and documents you add are not public. Only you, and staff you explicitly share with, can see them.
Photos you send to Find my size: a photo you add there is read by an image model on the hosting platform during that one request, and a typed description by a text model, which is how either becomes an item list. Neither is written to the database, to file storage, or to a log, so nothing from that step is kept at all.
Export: incident records you prepare can be exported from My account.
Retention: requests and callback details do not have an automated expiry or a self-service account-deletion tool.
First-touch measurement in this browser
When measurement is on, this browser may keep a 30-day first-touch cookie with a public landing page, a short source label, referrer hostname, and whether a click ID was present. It is copied only if you save a request. We do not keep raw click IDs or send this record to advertising or analytics platforms.
Your off choice lasts up to a year in this browser; clearing site data resets it. Turning measurement off stops future capture and clears this browser's first-touch cookie. It does not erase source information already copied into a saved request; that stays private with the request and appears in the existing account export.
